Enable Windows 7 sidebar
If the UAC is disabled, there are so many ways to enable or disable the windows 7 sidebar gadgets. Below is the one of the way to do it.
1. Open registry editor in your PC.
2. Explore to this registry key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Sidebar\"
3. Look for "Settings" sub key. If it is not exists, create a sub key with the name "Settings".
4. Now Click on Settings, go to the right pane and create a new DWORD of 32 bit value and name AllowElevatedProcess. Set the value to 1.
5. It will enable the gadget option for you.
6. To disable the gadget, you just set the value to 0.

How to add dropdown list in excel 2007 / 2010
1. Open Excel 2007 or 2010
2. Enter some list of text in sheet2. Type any name in Name Box. Eg. "Test"
3. Go to any other sheet now. Eg Sheet1
4. Select any cell and go to Data Menu --> Data Validation
5. In the settings tab, select "List" in Allow and type "=Test" in Source fields.
6. That's it. Now the list will be included into the selected cell.
